Im about to do Chicago next week. The longest I have gone is 22.5 and it took me 4:20

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to be about to run Boston qualifying speed in the next two years. That would be at about 8.25 pace.

I would like to make running a lifestyle that will stay with me until my body wont let me anymore.
